The proposal outlined per- <br /> sonnel, vehicles and equipment needed to monitor, operate and <br /> maintain the County gravity collection system, central pump <br /> station and four individual pumps. OWASA Board approved the <br /> maintenance proposal on January 28, 1988 . <br /> An Efland Sewer Maintenance Agreement between the County and <br /> OWASA has been drafted for Board review. The County Attorney <br /> has reviewed the agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Approve Efland Sewer Maintenance Agreement and authorize Chair <br /> to sign. <br />
