DRAFT <br /> 066 <br /> PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 18, 1988 <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Barry Jacobs ( Chair) , Chris Best, Abbie Dickinson, <br /> Dan Eddleman, Peter Kramer, Betty Margison, <br /> Sharlene Pilkey, Steve Yuhasz . <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT: Virginia Boland ( excused) , Mike Lewis, Brenda <br /> Swann, Prince Taylor ( unexcused) . <br /> STAFF PRESENT: Marvin Collins, Eddie Kirk, Brad Torgan, Joanna <br /> Bradshaw. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #2: CONSIDERATION OF ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> There were no additions to the agenda. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #3 : COMMISSIONERS BRIEFS - January 4, 1988 <br /> Informational only. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #5: CHAIR COMMENTS <br /> Jacobs informed the Board that the continuation of <br /> the public hearing on the capacity use designation <br /> is scheduled for February 3, 1988 at 7 :00 p. m. <br /> He also announced there is to be a public hearing <br /> on the Durham/Chapel Hill /Carrboro Thoroughfare <br /> Plan at Jordan High School on January 28, 1988 at <br /> 7 :30 p. m. He asked if information would be avail - <br /> able before the public hearing. Collins responded <br /> any information that is available will be passed on <br /> to the Planning Board . <br /> Jacobs announced the meeting between the Planning <br /> Board and Board of Commissioners will be held at <br /> Moorefield ' s on February 29, 1988 at 7 :30 p. m. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #6 : SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS <br /> a.
