2 <br /> (1) The use of sound amplifying equipment is limited <br /> to the conditions specified in this article. <br /> (2) A live musical group or individual using sound <br /> amplifying equipment may operate out of doors only <br /> if the property owner, tenant in possession or in <br /> the case of a business the business manager or an <br /> authorized agent of that business manager has been <br /> granted a permit.
