AMENDMENTS TO THE RESOLUTION AND ORDINANCE <br /> TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONTROL OF NOISE <br /> IN ORANGE COUNTY <br /> BE IT ORDAINED that the Board of Commissioners of Orange County hereby <br /> amend the Resolution and Ordinance to Provide for the Control of Noise in <br /> Orange County in the following respects: <br /> ARTICLE II (3) is amended to read as follows: <br /> TABLE I: Sound Levels dB(a) by Receiving Land <br /> 60 dB(A) 50 dB(A) <br /> Sunday-Thursday 8 am-11 pm Sunday-Thursday 11 pm-8 am <br /> Friday & Saturday 8 am-12 midnight Friday & Saturday 12 midnight-8 am <br /> ARTICLE II (2) is deleted in its entirety. <br /> ARTICLE II(4) is deleted in its entirety. <br /> ARTICLE V is deleted in its entirety, including all amendments. <br /> The Ordinance Amendment is effective upon its adoption. <br /> Amendment dated February 1, 1988. <br />
