Wherever the provisions of any other law, ordinance or regulation <br /> impose higher standards than are required by the provisions of this ordinance, the <br /> provisions of such law, ordinance or regulation shall govern. <br /> Article XIII: Effective Date <br /> Following the adoption of this ordinance as provided by law, this <br /> ordinance shall be effective on August 15, 1983. <br /> -9- <br />
