Component 5 itemizes the <br /> facilities and costs associated with developing each proposed <br /> park or greenway . <br /> The Master Recreation and Parks Plan was initially <br /> presented at public hearing on November 23, 1987 . Proposed <br /> revisions to the Plan made since the initial public hearing <br /> will be identified. <br /> LSSIGNM.EfII QF_ HOUSE NUMBERS <br /> Rural Routes 2 and 3 , Rougemont, are proposed for a <br /> change from existing rural box numbers to a system of <br /> permanently assigned house numbers. The two routes encompass <br /> an area within Little River Township, including Caldwell and <br /> portions of Highways 57 and 157 and Guess Road. The follow- <br /> ing roads, either in their entirety or portions thereof , form <br /> the general boundaries for the area : Kiger Road, New Sharon <br /> Church Road , Bill Poole Road , McBroom Road , Bunny Road, <br /> Sawyer Road, Hall Dairy Road, Holly Ridge Road, Brown Road, <br /> Breeze Road, Mary Hall Road, and Blalock Road . <br /> ORANGE COUNTY LAND USA PLAN <br /> The proposed amendments to the Land Use Plan are as <br /> follows: <br /> 1 . Designate the Land Use Plan as the Land Use Element of <br /> the Comprehensive Plan. The proposal is based on a new <br /> definition of the Comprehensive Plan . <br /> 2. Incorporate the Master Recreation and Parks Plan as the <br /> Recreation Element of the Orange County Comprehensive <br /> Plan. The proposal is based on a new definition of the <br /> Comprehensive Plan . <br /> ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> The proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance under <br /> consideration are as follows: <br /> 1 . Amend Articles 2. 2. 12 through 2. 2. 14 to provide a new <br /> statement of intent and procedures for amending the <br /> Comprehensive Plan_ for Orange County. <br /> 2. Amend Article 22 (Definit ions) to provide a new <br /> definition of Comprehensive Plan. <br />
