The Board of Commissioners <br /> reviews notices for public hearing for form and content <br /> prior to advertisement. The Board also reviews plan and/or <br /> ordinance proposals for content and consistency with County <br /> goals and objectives. <br /> Items scheduled for discussion and comment at the February <br /> 22 public hearing include the following : <br /> - Master Recreation & Parks Plan <br /> - Amendments to Subdivision Regulations <br /> - Section IV-B-3-d ( Private Roads) <br /> - Section IV-B-3-c ( Street Access) <br /> - Various Sections ( Land Use Plan References) <br /> - Amendments to Zoning Ordinance <br /> - Articles 2. 2. 12 - 2. 2. 14 ( Comprehensive Plan ) <br /> - Article 22 (Definition - Comprehensive Plan ) <br /> - Various Articles ( Land Use Plan References) <br /> - Assignment of House Numbers <br /> - Rural Routes 2 and 3 ( Rougemont) <br /> - Amendments to Land Use Plan <br /> - Designate Land Use Plan as Land Use Element <br /> of the Comprehensive Plan <br /> - Incorporate Master Recreation & Parks Plan as <br /> Recreation Element of the Comprehensive Plan <br /> Approval of the notice will permit advertisement on February <br /> 10 and February 17 , 1988 as required by the N.
