He <br /> continued that he felt condemnation may be a <br /> ✓ iable option for to keep open for the <br /> acquiring of greenways but that the Commis- <br /> sioners did state at the public hearing that <br /> there would be no condemnation of lands for the <br /> purpose of the recreation and parks plan. <br /> Adjournment time was reached . Pilkey moved <br /> extension of the meeting until 11 : 15 in order <br /> to complete the discussion and make a recom- <br /> mendation on the Master Recreation and Parks <br /> Plan. Seconded by Best. <br /> Vote was unanimous. <br /> February 9 was set as the continuation date for <br /> completion of the Planning Board agenda. <br /> Pilkey expressed concern regarding the bond <br /> issue. She expressed concern that the public <br /> was not aware of the revisions in the Plan and <br /> that they should be properly notified before <br /> any recommendations could be made. Ms. Black <br /> responded that public information meetings have <br /> been set for February 8 - 11 for this purpose. <br /> MOTION: Jacobs moved that the revised Plan go back to <br /> public hearing to consider the question of the <br /> various greenways.
