Renumber Sections Iv--B-3 d and e to d-1 and <br /> d-2, respectively, to permit incorporation <br /> of the provisions into the Subdivision <br /> Regulations. <br /> 2. Add Section IV-B-3-e which sets forth the <br /> contents required in a traffic impact <br /> study, and submission and implementation <br /> procedures. <br /> 3. Add definitions to Section II which define <br /> the terms used in a traffic impact <br /> analysis. <br /> No comments were received at the public hearing <br /> regarding the amendments. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of the <br /> proposed Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision <br /> Regulations text amendments. <br /> The Board of Commissioners will consider the <br /> proposals for decision on February 1 , 1988. <br /> MOTION: Best moved approval of Planning Staff recom- <br /> mendation.
