AR and R-1 <br /> The following restrictions shall be applied to all <br /> home occupations in all residential districts, <br /> except RB, AR and R-1 : <br /> a) No external evidence of its existence shall <br /> be visible, except a sign as permitted by <br /> Article 9. <br /> b ) No more than thirty-five percent of the <br /> floor area of the dwelling unit or five <br /> hundred square feet, whichever is less, can <br /> be used for the home occupation. <br /> c) No equipment or process shall be employed <br /> that will cause noise, vibration or glare <br /> detectable to the normal senses at the lot <br /> lines in the case of detached dwelling units <br /> or outside the dwelling unit, in the case of <br /> attached dwelling units. <br /> d ) The on-premises sale and delivery of goods <br /> which are not produced on the premises is <br /> prohibited, except in the case of the <br /> delivery and sale of goods incidental to the <br /> provision of a service. <br /> e) All activities shall be conducted within the <br /> dwelling unit. <br /> f ) No more than 1 individual , not residing in <br /> the dwelling unit, may work in the home <br />
