These rates are subject to revision to reflect the rates in <br /> effect at the time of execution of the agreement and annually thereafter. <br /> A. Operation and Maintenance of McGowan Creek Pump Station: <br /> Labor (1 employee, 3 hours, @ $10.25/hour) $ 30.75 <br /> Equipment (3 hours @ $4/hour) 12.00 <br /> Materials and supplies 3.00 <br /> Total Direct Costs 45.75 <br /> Indirect Costs (1.29 x Labor costs) 39.70 <br /> TOTAL COST PER VISIT: $ 85.45 <br /> NOTE: It is recommended that this service be provided at a frequency <br /> of at least 3 visits per week. OWASA inspects its pumping <br /> stations on a daily basis. <br /> B.
