Our two program staff positions, the Community <br /> Education and Outreach Coordinator and the Child Advocate Staff Person, are heavily <br /> underwritten by the state and federal moneys. These two position are also responsible <br /> for the majority of the approximately 4,000 Orange County citizens our Center serves <br /> each year. Thus, cutting back these staff positions will directly affect the numbers of <br /> persons our Center can serve. <br /> We believe the direct services we provide to persons affected by sexual victimization, <br /> and the sexual assault and child sexual abuse prevention programming we provide to <br /> the citizens of Orange County are necessary.
