In an effort to meet the immediate budget <br /> crisis, they are requesting that each local funding source <br /> provide assistance. The request to Orange County is for <br /> $5,800. Correspondence regarding the request is attached. <br /> Staff have reviewed the request, and the only available <br /> funding source is the Commissioners Contingency. The current <br /> balance in that account is $33, 670. <br /> Rape Crisis Center representatives will be present at the <br /> meeting. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> As the Board decides. <br />
