0 411. <br /> Proposal Assumptions: <br /> 1 . The Capital Improvement Program 1988-e9 through 1992-93 <br /> document is not yet adopted by formal process of the Orange County <br /> Board of Commissioners. <br /> 2. The CIP is the result of management staff work , and is a <br /> compilation of requests from County agencies and the two school <br /> systems. <br /> C. The CIP follows the policies adopted by the Orange County <br /> Board of Commissioners regarding the use of sales tax revenues, <br /> the various capital reserve funds, and recurring school <br /> maintenance needs. The Commissioners are not desirous of changing <br /> these policies at this time. <br /> 4.
