After the bond <br /> package is set and the advocacy group established, we would be <br /> interested in working with the committee as well as the county. <br /> Estimated cost of consultation is $5,8000 over the 10 months until <br /> election time. <br /> Survey: If Orange County can provide a bank of 15 - 20 telephones <br /> for 4-5 evenings, IOR&C will perform the 10 minute telephone <br /> survey of 40C) registered voters for an all inclusive cost of <br /> $7,500. <br /> A total Orange County bond election campaign (including those <br /> research and informational items which can be paid for with tax <br /> dollars) will run $40 to $50 thousand.
