034 <br /> Independent opinions research and communications, Inc. , from <br /> whom the Commissioners have solicited a proposal, recommend <br /> the adoption of the proposed CIP as an Interim Planning docu- <br /> ment. <br /> I believe, and County Management and the Consultants agree, <br /> that in order for such a planning document to be most under- <br /> standable and useful to the Advisory Citizen Group and the <br /> attitude work of the consultant, any already identified incon- <br /> sistencies, duplications, ambiguities, differing assumptions <br /> should be changed, clarified or questioned on adoption of the <br /> Interim Planning document. <br /> County Management will present the Recreation and Parks Master <br /> Plan for adoption as a planning document on February 16, 1988. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> To adopt the proposed CIP with modifications, clarifications, <br /> changes as an Interim Planning document. <br />
