A. copy <br /> of the memorandum from Martha Harris, staff counsel for the study commission, is <br /> attached. This memorandum details the reasons for the request. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Support legislation requiring the filing of real property transfer <br /> information sheet before a deed could be recorded. <br />
