A bid <br /> tabulation is attached. <br /> Mr. Keith Brooks, Data Processing Director reviewed the <br /> equipment and recommends that we purchase the items that are <br /> low bid. Approximately $41, 601 in equipment and software will <br /> be purchased under this bid. A $41,600 appropriation was made <br /> in the 1987-88 Data Processing budget to cover these expenses. <br /> If this bid is approved on January 19, delivery of personal <br /> computers would be approximately one week, with the balance of <br /> the equipment to be delivered in 30 to 60 days. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Award bid as noted on the bid tabulation. _ <br />
