Article 8.2.1 b) requires written findings certifying <br /> compliance with the following: <br /> (1) Specific regulations governing individual Special Uses as set forth in Article 8.8. These regulations are <br /> divided into two (2) sections which include: <br /> (a) Application components; and <br /> (b) Specific standards for Planned Developments (Article 8.8.23 refers to Article 7 standards) and <br /> Special Uses (Article 8,2,4) <br /> (2) Other requirements as set forth In the zoning Ordinance, including the -provisions of Article 5 (Dimensional <br /> Requirements) and Article 6 (Application of Dimensional Requirements) ' <br /> Listed below are the findings of the Orange County Planning Department regarding the application in question.
