Public utility easements should be obtained to facilitate the <br /> provision of public sewer services in the event such extension <br /> is determined necessary in the future. <br /> (Orange County ' s current policy is to prohibit the extension of <br /> public water and sewer service into protected watersheds and the <br /> Rural Buffer. Should this policy be amended, the County may then <br /> proceed to seek utility easement reservations. ) <br />
