The <br /> designated ."open space/intrification field" needs to be carefully <br /> maintained and operated by some entity such as a homeowner's association, <br /> especially if exercise stations are installed. <br /> I see no element(s) on the Chandler'Concrete preliminary plan warranting <br /> comment from a recreation and park perspective. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to offer these staff comments.
