Any applicable permits, upon application, <br /> will be issued after approval and recordation of the Special Use <br /> Permit. <br /> 23. Collins responded that information had <br /> been obtained from the - applicant as well as OWASA and the Staff <br /> response is also now a part of the record. <br /> Patrick Davis, OWASA representative, stated that he had met with the <br /> applicant, the project engineer and a Planning Department represent- <br /> ative prior to the Christmas holidays and received verbal responses to <br /> some concerns. However, written responses had been requested to <br /> summarize steps to be taken to' address those concern but those <br /> responses were received today and OWASA has not had time to adequately <br /> review them. . . He requested that OWASA be provided the opportunity to <br /> review the information and provide further. written response. <br /> Attorney Gledhill stated that OWASA could make its . further comments -to <br /> the Planning Board at its next meeting. .
