211 <br /> 2 <br /> required in Articles 7 and 12 and shall be maintained as <br /> constructed, including the replacement of dead or damaged plant <br /> materials. <br /> 5. The five percent (5%) interior landscaping requirement of the <br /> vehicular use area shall be constructed as shown on the approved <br /> site plan. <br /> 6. A final boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br /> improvements shall be recorded by the developer. <br /> 7. The final site plan and narrative of the project, incorporating <br /> all changes, deletions and additions through the final approval of <br /> the project, are to be incorporated herein and made a part of this <br /> Planned Development Special Use Permit. Copies of the final site <br /> plan and narrative are to remain on file with the Orange County <br /> Planning Department. Any applicable permits, upon application, <br /> will be issued after approval and recordation of the Special Use <br /> Permit. <br /> 8. The development shall be built and operated according to the site <br /> plan and written narrative supplied by the developer and in <br /> compliance with the above conditions. <br /> 9. All utility lines, including electrical and telephone service <br /> lines, shall be located underground. <br />
