Preliminary Plats <br /> ( 1 ) Dal-Rae Forest <br /> (2 lots - Bingham Township) <br /> Presentation by Emily Crudup. <br /> The tract is located in the northeast corner of <br /> Bingham Township on the south side of Borland <br /> Road ( SR 1127 ) one half mile east of the <br /> intersection with Dodson ' s Crossroads ( SR <br /> 1102) . The total acreage of the tract is 15. 2 <br /> acres. Adjacent land use is mostly <br /> residential . The property is zoned Rural <br /> Buffer and designated as Rural Residential on <br /> the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan. <br /> Another preliminary subdivision plan was <br /> previously submitted for 69. 9 acres, including <br /> this tract. Seven two-acre lots were proposed <br /> on a Class A private road. The plan was <br /> reviewed by the Planning Board on September 21 <br /> and denied by the Board of County Commissioners <br /> on October 5, 1987. At that time, the <br /> Commissioners recommended that the plan be re- <br /> submitted with a public road designed and built <br /> to State standards. <br /> An exempt plat has been recorded which divided <br /> the 69. 9 acre tract into three 10. 1 acre lots, <br /> a 24. 4 acre tract, and a 15. 2 acre lot with <br /> Dal -Rae Forest Road created as a private road. <br /> The proposal now being considered divides the <br /> 15.2 acre tract into two 2-acre lots with <br /> frontage on Borland Road ( SR 1127 ) and a third <br /> lot containing 11 . 15 acres. <br /> All agencies have reviewed Dal -Rae Forest. <br /> The Director of Orange County Recreation and <br />
