A 50 ft . buffer would be required on either side <br /> of the intermittent stream. <br /> I have the following comments on the Lynw000d Subdivision: <br /> -lot boundaries should not cross septic field areas <br /> -grading for the proposed house , septic field and driveway are <br /> needed <br /> -a fifty ft . buffer would be needed on either side of the <br /> intermittent stream under the Carrboro Land Use Ordinance <br /> -trees which will be removed should be indicated. <br /> If you have any questions or comments for either review, please <br /> call . <br /> Sir erely , <br /> y rker <br /> Development Coordinator <br />
