Approval is given for a residential <br /> drive for each lot or a combined drive to serve both lots. <br /> In addition, the revised preliminary plan for Dal-Rae Forest stands <br /> approved. It is assumed by this office the proposed roadway will be private <br /> and will, therefore, require a driveway permit.
