It is also within the Water Quality <br /> Critical Area of University Lake Watershed. The zoning <br /> designation is Rural Buffer. The total acreage of Lot 2 is <br /> 5. 19 acres. Two lots are proposed with both fronting on <br /> Damascus Church Road. The applicant also proposes to <br /> recombine 0. 08 acre of Lot 2 with Lot 3. <br /> All agencies have reviewed the preliminary plan. <br /> The Director of Recreation and Parks recommends payment- in <br /> lieu of dedication of recreation/open space in the amount of <br /> $660. 00. <br /> The Town of Carrboro had the following comments: <br /> ( 1 ) Lot boundaries should not cross septic field areas. <br /> The existing septic system has been inspected and is <br /> functioning properly. The proposed site for septic tank <br /> disposal has preliminary approval from the Orange <br /> County Health Department.
