The total acreage of the tract is 38.35 <br /> acres with one lot being divided from it. The lot is to be <br /> 1 . 3 acres in size and located west of the intersection . The <br /> remainder of the tract is on the east side of the <br /> intersection. The property is designated Agricultural <br /> Residential (A-R) in the Orange County Land Use Plan. <br /> All applicable agencies have reviewed the preliminary plan. <br /> At its December 21 , 1987 meeting, the Planning Board <br /> recommended approval of the preliminary plan for West Corner <br /> Subdivision. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the preliminary <br /> plan as recommended by the Planning Board . <br />
