To support <br /> desired changes in/meeting schedules and process-type activities, <br /> changes were necessary in the Bylaws. <br /> The major changes are a reduction in the number of officers (Article <br /> IV), the addition of an Article on elections (Article V), and a change <br /> in the minimum meeting cycle (Article VII) . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approve the amended Bylaws of the Commission for Women. <br />
