The )oaxd o Directors of Orange Water and -Sever Authority adopted a resolution an November" 20, 1985, copy attached, formally requesting the North Carolina Environmental • ?Management Commission to reclassify the University Late and the Cane Creep watersheds that are now classified A.-II to the new classifcation of WS-I promptly upon adoption of the new watershed classifications. - Please initiate reclassification proceedings.
