C. Department of Transportation has submitted a <br /> petition for the addition of Streets "A" and "B" to the <br /> Board of Commissioners for review. <br /> The Board ' s decision will be forwarded to the N. C. Board of <br /> Transportation for their deliberation on acceptance of the <br /> road to the State-maintained Secondary Road System. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the addition of <br /> Street "A" and Street "B" in the Councilville community to <br /> the State-maintained Secondary Road System. <br />
