Griffith and <br /> Associates, LTD to conduct a user fee assessment for Orange <br /> County. <br /> BACKGROUND: Funds were appropriated in the 1987-88 budget to conduct the <br /> user fee assessment. Although this is a separate document, it <br /> can be done in concert with the Indirect cost plan. Therefore <br /> it is recommended that David M. Griffith and Associates be <br /> authorized to propose the User Fee Assessment for a total of <br /> $2,500. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Accept proposal as presented by David M. Griffith and <br /> Associates and authorize the Chair to sign on behalf <br /> of the Board. <br />
