On December 1 , 1987 , the Board of Commissioners approved <br /> the acceptance of CBA expansion funds . These funds total <br /> $4 , 323 and will be allocated for the following programs : <br /> 1 . 4-H Goodbye Cinderella $ 831 . 00 <br /> 2 . 4-H Scholarships 2 , 359 . 00 <br /> 3 .' Project Attend 1 , 133 . 00 <br /> The required local match of $1 , 297 will be provided by <br /> the agencies that are to receive the expansion funds . <br /> 2 . Implementation of the County ' s Animal Control Ordinance , <br /> effective January 1 , 1988 , will require additional funds <br /> to be budgeted in the Health Department . On December 1 , <br /> 1987 , the Board of Commissioners approved the release of <br /> $16 , 330 from Contingency to implement the new ordinance . <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Approve motion to amend the 1987-88 Budget Ordinance <br /> by the proposed amendments . <br />
