' <br />B. FOUNDATION <br />L Supply and install one new galvanized culvert-style protector for existing <br />right side foundation vent, complete. Re-secure one existing culvert-style <br />protector over existing foundation vent to restore to proper working order. <br /> <br />C. ROOF & GUTTER <br />1. Remove existing composition slvngle roof cover to sheathing from House, <br />dormer and storage room. Remove two existing attic turbine vents for <br />reinstallation at same locations. Remave approximately 4 l.f. of damaged <br />rake trim on dormer, and replace with new wood trim pruned with oil-base <br />primer. Remove approximately 8 l.f. of fascia on right front of house and <br />replace with new wood fascia pismed with oil-based primer. Replace <br />approximately 40 l.f. of damaged lx6 sheathing on storage room roof. <br />NOTE: After existing roof cover is removed, if fiu-ther damage is <br />discovered the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet <br />to review the work, determine a couxse of action and, if necessary, a cost <br />for any additional work. Replace flashing including all chimney <br />flashing, metal Hosing, vent boots, metal drip edge, etc.. All vents, <br />flashing, and other metal surfaces to blend with color of roof. Reinstall <br />two existing attic turbine vents at same locations. Seal all penetrations <br />tluough roof with waterproof material, inchidilig supply and install new <br />cotulter-flashing an chimney. Supply and install new 25 year (minimum) <br />composition shingle roof cover over 1 S# felt on house, complete. Supply <br />and install new rubber roofing on storage room, including proper <br />
