Construction work wxietup and bid <br />package dated .10/26/06 for the referenced project. All ~ather conditions and <br />descriptions remain the same. Please be reminded that bids will be opened and <br />read aloud an November 16, 2006 at 3:OOP.M. in the Housing and Community <br />Development Depaztment office at 300 W. Tryon Street, Hillsborough, N.C. <br />27278. The changes are as follows: .~ ~. <br />D. PLUMBING <br />2. ~ ~ Delete description and add as follows: <br />Supply and install new concrete pad at rear exterior of house to <br />accarnmodate installation of new pre-fob metal water heater shed. <br />Supply and install new prefab metal water heater shed on new <br />concrete pad. Properly disconnect services to existing gas water <br />heater. Reconfigure existing gas and water lines to accomnaadate <br />relocation of water heater location to new water heater shed. <br />Relocate existing water heater to nevv shed. Supply and install new <br />gas alid plumbing connections to water heater and restore to propex <br />working order. Includes proper venting and new PIT overflow drain <br />line comparible with existing P/T valve, complete. Includes <br />aceonnnodation for new expansion tank as provided in PLUMBING, <br />Item 3. Repair Kitchen floor where water heater was remove to <br />restore to proper working.ordex, including use C)wner-supplied floor <br />cover material to repair floor cover. All work to code.. <br />3.
