Properly disconnect existing plastic drain line from bathtub to accommodate removal of bathhib and adjacent subfloor. Repair leak on bathtub drain line to restore to proper working order. Supply and install temporary cap on drain line to accommodate installation of new subfloor at same location. 2. Properly disconnect existing cast iron drain line from toilet to accommodate removal of toilet and adjacent subfloor. Supply and install temparary cap on drain line to accommodate installation of new subfloor at same location. B. MECHANICAL 1. Remove existing damaged supply line from exterior unit to trunk line in cra`wlspace. Remove existing ducting from trunk line to register boots. Remove existing registers. Remove casing of existing 'HVAC system to expose coil and trunk line for inspection. Provide inspection of existing HVAC unit and trunk line. for the presence of mold contamination. 2. Provide cleaning of existuig HVAC unit and trttrzk line to remediate mold contamination using non-toxic, disinfecting, mold-inhibiting solution. Supply and install temporary cap-off on trunk line. 3. Disconnect environmental duct from dryer and remove entire duct through termination at exterior wall. Provide temporary cover for remaining hole in exterior wall. C. GENERAL REPAIRS 1. Properly disconnect plumbing supply and drain .lines from Kitchen sink. Remove existing countertop and baclcsplash. Remove existing base cabinet for reinstallation, cabinet to remain intact, and inspect the exposed wall for mold/moisture damage. Remove existing shoe mold, floor covering and underlayznent to subfloor in Kitchez~/Nook. Remove existing baseboard behind washer and shyer and in the pantry and inspect the walls far mold/moishire damage. All other existing baseboard to• zemain intact.
