Remove existing Bathroom door, frame, jamb and trine. Remove existing <br />wall and framing to accommodate new 32" interior Bathroom door and to <br />• minimize repair to wall on Fall side of door, NOTE: After removal work <br />is complete, if further damage is discovered the Owner, Contractor and <br />Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the work, determine a course <br />of action and, if necessary, a cost for any additional work. Supply and <br />install new framing at same location to accommodate new door. Supply <br />and install new door, frame, jamb and trim, including hardware and <br />doorknob, complete. New materials to thatch existing as close as is <br />practical. • <br />2. Supply and install new moisture resistant slleetrock on existing wall <br />framing, including sealing, taping and smooth fnrish surface. New <br />sheetroclc to have smooth transitions to existing adjacent ceiling sheetrock. <br />Includes supply and install solid wood backing for grab bats. All new <br />materials, finish surfaces and finishes to match existing as close as <br />practical. <br /> <br />Replace plumbing to accommodate installation of new single-handle <br />tublshower faucet control. Supply and install new fiberglass walk-in <br />shower pan. Supply and install new sectional fiberglass shower sut~•ound <br />to 6' above subfloor, surround pieces to be corresponding and integrated <br />to new walk-ii1 shower pan, all installed and sealed to prevent moisture <br />penetration. Supply and install new finish phtmbing fixtures, complete. <br />Re-install existing hand-held shower device. <br />4. Prepare subfloor for installation of new luaun plywood underlaytnent. <br />Supply and install new '/a" luauta underlayment stapled to subfloor, with a <br />smooth top surface, and prepare for installation of new vinyl floor cover. <br />Supply and install new vinyl floor cover per Owner selection and new <br />wood baseboard and wood shoe mold. Includes new metal transition strip <br />at door and caulking all seams at base, complete. <br />5. Remove existing water supply line for toilet. Supply and 'install water <br />supply line, wax ring and anchor bolts to restore to proper working order. <br />Supply acid install new handicap toilet includu1g new toilet seat at same <br />location, complete. <br />
