The petitions and responses are listed below: <br /> 1) Review and consider a request by request by request by Commissioners Jacobs and Rich that staff begin <br /> a process for the review of the Table of Permitted Uses for Economic Development Districts in the <br /> Unified Development Ordinance. <br /> Response:Planning staff to move forward with steps to begin review of Permitted Uses in EDDs. <br /> 2) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Price that staff follow-up on efforts to make <br /> County website more ADA accessible, including possibly working with Orange County <br /> Disability Council. <br /> Response: To be addressed with help from Disability Council as needed. <br /> 3) Review and consider a request by Commissioner Pelissier that the Board schedule a discussion <br /> on the County's potential role in providing capital need funding to non-profits and how non- <br /> profits might pursue applying for the possible funding. <br /> Response: To become part of Board discussion on outside agency funding at November 10th <br /> work session. <br /> 4) Review and consider a request by request by Commissioner Pelissier that staff provide a <br /> presentation to the Board on the new transportation routes, available human services data, and <br /> how that data might be used to improve services and add on to zonal routes. <br /> Response: Staff to review data and provide presentation to the Board of potential options. <br /> 5) Review and consider a request by Commissioner McKee that the County Attorney review <br /> alternatives to eminent domain as the Mountains to Sea Trail moves forward and provide report <br /> to BOCC. <br /> Response: County Attorney to provide follow-up information to the Board. <br /> Regards, <br /> Earl McKee, Chair <br /> Board of County Commissioners <br />
