20 <br />PROPOSAL (March 19, 2007) Pa e~2 <br />The total fee for preparing this work is $14,000.00, including travel expenses. I <br />will aim to complete the entire project by July 2007. Below is a breakdown of the fee: <br />• Space Needs Study $ 2,000.00 <br />• Charettes (2) 1,200.00 <br />• Building Program 8,000.00 <br />• Design Reviews (2) 1,600.00 <br />• Travel & Printing 1,200.00 <br />Total fee $14,000.00 <br />I will serve as the principal consultant on this project. I will be assisted by Jeff <br />Hall, who works with me occasionally on some of my projects. <br />My primary goal will be to help you develop a building design that facilitates the <br />effective and efficient delivery of library services to the citizens of Orange County. In so <br />doing, we will aim to produce a library that is functional, aesthetically pleasing and <br />comfortable for the customers and staff who use it. <br />Please feel free to call me if you have any questions regarding this proposal.
