Bass Group, Inc. and Taft <br /> Broadcasting Company proposes the transfer of 50% of the vot- <br /> ing stock of BT Cable, from Taft Broadcasting to TFBA Sub, <br /> Ltd. TFBA is controlled by Robert Bass. Correspondence from <br /> BT Cable outlines the transfer and indicates managerial and <br /> supervisory personnel within the cable operation will not <br /> change. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Adopt resolution approving transfer and authorize Chair to <br /> sign. <br />
