Vehicle Rates <br /> 15 Passenger Van <br /> $.35 per mile <br /> 24 Passenger Minibus <br /> $.55 per mile <br /> 32 Passenger Bus <br /> $.75 per mile <br /> C.A.T. Driver Rate <br /> Unless established under a special contract provision, the charge to an a <br /> for a C.A.T. Driver is $7.00 per hour whether the driver is waiting or ac <br /> driving the vehicle.
