e <br /> 064 Orange County C.A.T. Driver Agreement <br /> This agreement entered into this 1st day of September, 1987 by <br /> and between the County of Orange on behalf of the Department on Aging, <br /> hereinafter referred to as the "County" and Orange Enterprises, Inc. , <br /> hereinaf er referred to as "O.E. ". <br /> The purpose of this agreement is to outline the conditions under <br /> which the County and O.E. will cooperatively provide human service <br /> transportation under the C.A.T. (Coordinated Agency Transportation) <br /> system. <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF ORANGE COUNTY <br /> 1. To provide a certified driver for O.E. 's northern Orange route <br /> Monday through Friday for daily pick-up and take home of clients <br /> 2. To provide backup drivers in case the regular driver is not <br /> available. <br /> 3. To employ a C.A.T. Transportation Supervisor to handle any problem <br /> and to assure there is a driver and vehicle available. <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF ORANGE ENTERPRISES, INC. <br /> 1. To reimburse Orange County at $6.50 per hour for a three hour <br /> minimum each day of operation within 30 days after billing. <br /> 2. To provide and pay for specialized driver training in the areas <br /> of client behavior interaction techniques with clients/families, <br /> medical management including seizures and any other procedures <br /> specific to the O.E. program and route. <br /> The term of this contract shall be. from September 1, 1987 through <br /> June 30, 1988 unless sooner terminated by either party giving 30 days <br /> prior written notice to the other party of intention to terminate. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Orange County and Orange Enterprises, Inc. <br /> have executed the Agreement of the date first above written. <br /> County of Orange Orange Enterprises, Inc. <br /> By By <br /> Chair or designated Official Chair or designated Official <br /> Date Date <br />
