(formerly Orange Industries) who are part <br /> of the Orange County Transportation Development Plan (TDP). OPC-MHC and 0.E. <br /> would reimburse Orange County at $6.50 per hour for established work.schedtle. <br /> Contract period would be September 1, 1987- through June 30, 1988. <br /> BACKGROUND: The-Orange CAT Program, administered by the Dept. on Aging, provides van <br /> drivers to transport Adult Day Treatment Program clients, operate OPCMHC's <br /> courier service and to operate O.E. 's Northern Orange route. These agreements <br /> would maintain the coordinated use of certified drivers and shared use <br /> of CAT vehicles encouraged under the County Transportation Development Plan <br /> (TDP). <br /> IMPACT: The Agreements would pay for the full cost of hiring three <br /> part time drivers by the Department on Aging and provide additional <br /> • <br /> revenues to cover other CAT transportation-related expenses. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Approve contract and authorize Chair to sign. <br />
