Lots 31 , 32 and 47 - Joseph Johnson Court/George <br /> Anderson Drive <br /> Problems identified include the following: <br /> ?pia. Poorly drained drainage easement, including <br /> stagnant water. <br /> b . Existence of weeds and pests. <br /> c; Odors associated with sewer lines. <br /> d. Lot 32 has not been built on and needs to be <br /> Cleaned up. <br /> >4 5 . Lots 48-49 - George Anderson Drive <br /> Problems identified include stagnant water in adjacent <br /> drainage ditch and the existence of a spring on lot 46 . <br /> in addition to the above, potential problems have been <br /> identified as follows: `- <br /> 1 ` The drainage easements on lots 32-36 ( Joseph Johnson <br /> Court) should be monitored since the lots 'were partially <br /> filled.
