CollinsPlanning Director <br /> SUBJECT: Wildwood Drainage Study <br /> DATE : August 31 , 1987 <br /> COPIES : Albert Kittrell , Interim County Manager <br /> Geoffrey Gledhill , County Attorney <br /> On August 18, 1987, the Board of Commissioners authorized <br /> Hazen & Sawyer to proceed with the Wildwood drainage study <br /> and the release of building permits for, units 158 and <br /> 160-163, provided the developer submitted a letter agreeing <br /> to pay for the cost of the drainage study and all required <br /> improvements. <br /> The letter from the developer has been received and reviewed <br /> by the County Attorney. (Copy attached. ) The following <br /> actions are therefore authorized : <br /> 1 . The Clerk to the Commissioners may have the Chair sign <br /> the agreement and submit it to Hazen & Sawyer. Four <br /> copies of the exceuted agreement should be submitted to <br /> the Planning Department. <br /> 2. The Code Enforcement Officer may notify the Inspections <br /> Clerk and Planner I that permits may be issued for units <br /> 158 and 160-163 . Certificates of occupancy may not be <br /> issued for the units until completion of the drainage <br /> study and the improvements. This must be noted on the <br /> permit and signed by the applicant. <br /> 3. The Planner III (Current) should notify Hazen & Sawyer <br /> and the developer of the need to have a "pre-study" <br /> conference to review available materials and documents, <br />
