STORAGE: The Arts Center will allow the County to utilize 50% of <br /> built-in storage space to be constructed in areas #1, #2 and <br /> kitchen. <br /> 7 . REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE: The Arts Center agrees to keep repair <br /> maintain the interior and exterior of the building, and <br /> areas, sidewalks, parking area, repairs for heat l <br /> ingandoair- <br /> conditioning, plumbing and electrical. <br /> 8 . UTILITIES: It is understood and agreed that the Arts Center <br /> provide all utilities, except telephone service. will <br /> 9. MAINTENANCE SERVICES: The Arts Center agrees to provide routine <br /> janitorial service and trash removal daily and to provide <br /> supplies associated with this function. the Arts Center <br /> agrees to keep restrooms supplied with towels, toilet tissue <br />
