A. T. (Coordinated Agency Trans- <br /> portation) system. <br /> • <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOCCA <br /> • <br /> 1. To lease the following identified vehicles or similiar size at the <br /> hours specified by each vehicle. <br /> 1984 International Bus (24 pass.) - CAT #1, Lic. 84501-P <br /> Vin IHVLD4M3EHA67Q25 <br /> 1979 Dodge Van with lift (15 pass) - CAT #14 Lic. 91941-P <br /> Vin 836JFK372532 <br /> 1983 Ford Van (15 pass) - CAT #6 - Lic. ATF-4104 <br /> Vin IETJS35G50DHB87359 <br /> SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF the County <br /> 1. To provide all gas , maintenance, repairs and insurance (liability/ <br /> collision - minimum of 90% of replacement cost) on leased vehicles. <br /> 2. To operate and schedule the use of the leased vehicle (s) on behalf <br /> of human service clients and approved groups according to the <br /> Orange County Transportation Board policy and procedures . <br /> 3. To allow C.A.T. program agencies access (timesharing/ridesharing) <br /> to leased vehicle (s) when not scheduled for use at a rate estab- <br /> lished by the Orange County Transportation Board and approved by <br /> the County Commissioners. <br /> 4 . To complete all required vehicle operation reports and submit to <br /> the Orange County C.A.T. supervisor in the Department on Aging. <br /> The term of this contract shall be from July 1, 1987 <br /> through June 30, 1988 , unless sooner terminated by either <br /> party giving 30 days prior written notice to the other y <br /> to terminate. <br /> party of intention <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, JOCCA and the County <br /> have executed the Agreement of the date first above written . <br /> AGENCY Community Orange-Chatham <br /> Community Action, Inc.
