r <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 of the General <br /> Statutes of North Carolina, the following capital project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the renovation of the Agriculture Building and New Courthouse <br /> renovations. The project will be financed by an appropriation from the County Capital <br /> Reserve. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within the <br /> budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> 1986-87 1987-88 Total <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund 38,500 9,100 7, 00 <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for this project: <br /> Professional Services 1986-87 1987-88 Total$ 7,000 $ 0 $ 7,000 <br /> Renovations/Handicap Accessibility 31,500 9,100 40 600 <br /> Total $38,500 1_22100 <br /> Amended this 4th day of August, 1987. <br />
