� s <br /> CAPITAL PROJECT ORDINANCE <br /> Be it ordained by the Board of County Commissioners that pursuant to Section 13.2 of Chapter 159 <br /> of the General Statutes of North Carolina the follo?-ring capital project ordinance is hereby adopted: <br /> Section 1. The project authorized is the expansion of the South Orange Rescue Squad Building. . <br /> The project will be financed by an appropriation from the County Capital Reserve Fund. <br /> Section 2. The officers of the County are hereby directed to proceed with the project within <br /> the budget contained herein. <br /> Section 3. The following revenue is anticipated to complete this project: <br /> Transfer from County Capital Reserve Fund <br /> $10,000 <br /> Section 4. The following amounts are appropriated for the project: <br /> Expansion of Building <br /> 10 OOO <br /> Adopted this 4th day of August, 1987. <br />
