020 <br /> After the Preliminary Assessment Roll is completed , it <br /> shall be filed in the office of the Clerk to the Board of <br /> Commissioners, there to be available for public inspection until a <br /> public hearing is held on the said Preliminary Assessment Roll . <br /> A public hearing on the Preliminary Assessment Poll shall <br /> be held on October 20, 1987, at 7. 30 p.m. , during the regular <br /> meeting of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County, in the <br /> courtroom of the old Post Office, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. <br /> The Clerk to the Board of Commissioners is hereby <br /> authorized and directed to cause a notice of the public hearing to <br /> be given by publication one time, not less than ten (10) days <br /> prior to October 20, 1987 , the date set for the hearing, in a <br /> newspaper having a general circulation in Orange County.
